Your journey starts here! To make your first days smooth, we’ve put together everything you need—key info, a simple checklist, and tips to get you settled in. Follow along, reach out if you need anything, and get ready to connect, learn and make an impact.
We’re excited to have you—let’s make great things happen!
Before Your First Day
You will receive a welcome email from HR with a link to the pre-boarding page. If you’re reading this, congratulations—you’ve already received it!
Fill out the personnel questionnaire sent along with your digital contract and share it with the HR Ops Manager who provided your contract.
Confirm with your line manager that all necessary equipment (e.g., laptop, phone) has been arranged for your first day. If not, contact HR to verify the status.

For Your First Week

Familiarise yourself with the company’s policies and other important documents available on the intranet.
Each department has a dedicated SharePoint hub. Explore these to understand departmental resources and workflows.
Ensure any outstanding HR paperwork or formalities are finalised during your first week.
Set up shortcuts, tools, platforms, and emails in a way that enhances your productivity and suits your workflow.
If your manager hasn’t already scheduled a one-on-one meeting to discuss your role, responsibilities, and expectations, ask for one.
During Your First Month
Understand Team Projects and Your Role
Take time to familiarise yourself with ongoing projects and how your contributions align with the team’s goals.
Participate in Training and Development
Attend any training sessions or access resources shared by HR or your Line Manager to help you succeed in your role.
Share Feedback on Onboarding
Look out for an automated email from Personio (HRIS Tool) containing an anonymous survey. Use this opportunity to provide your feedback on the onboarding process.
