
Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager – Supply Chain Management – Solar PV (m/f/d)

As a Supply Chain Professional, you shall be mainly responsible for post contract logistics and delivery management in addition to supporting the procurement & contract management functions. You shall base at Gurgaon, India and will be part of our India team.
Your task will include:
SCM & Logistics functions including but not limited to:
- Supply Chain management functions including design and manufacturing clearances, manufacturing and pre-dispatch Inspection scheduling & coordination
- Comprehensive Contract Management, inter departmental coordination and vendor relationship management for various equipment supply and services.
- Preparation & follow up of work procedures for monitoring of post order Supply/Service activities, material control planning and monitoring, Inspection coordination & expediting.
- Support in preparation of LOIs/ Work Orders/ Purchase order with finalised vendors.
- Tracking of the dispatched material and vehicles for timely deliver the material at site and close coordination with site in-charge until material receipt at site.
- Management Information System (MIS) – preparing tracker for all material deliveries and completion schedule for each stage and raising red flags with the respective management for expediting with the vendors in case of expected delays.
- Co-ordinate with QA inspection Team and Vendors for all compliances and timely issuance of MDCC.
- Maintaining & updating vendor data and performance parameters - monitor and measure supplier’s performance and re-evaluation
- Assist in contract negotiation & preparation of contracts with vendors / suppliers for Solar Power Project including BOP in view of all legal, commercial & technical aspects.
- Post award Contractor managements including Mobilization, BG submissions, Claim settlements & Dispute resolutions etc.
- Analyse responses to bid requests and RFPs, identify and summarize commercial differences, and make.
- BBU, Payments, project-wise cash out-flow plan, follow-up collecting documents like warranty certificate, test report, ABG & PBG, warranty management, Imports and custom clearances, settlement and closure of books/account
- Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in a related field
- (Preferably electrical engineer or MBA in Supply Chain Mgmt.). Experience in supply chain management of Energy Industry experience preferred, solar.
